OUR MISSION

We are a UK-based start-up on a mission to provide the freedom for everyone with allergies, intolerances and unique dietary restrictions to finally be able to explore the culinary world without anxiety. As allergy sufferers ourselves, we understand how much this condition can affect our physical and social lives.

To make life easier for people like us, we work directly with restaurants to support them with the implementation of standardized safety processes. With your help, we aim to create a community that celebrates inclusion and the unique dietary needs of every individual.

Eve's story

"Throughout my life, I have struggled with a severe peanut allergy. I know first-hand the challenges that come with having a food allergy, but I refuse to let this allergy define me or limit my experiences in life. This is why I am determined to create a product that will help people like me to enjoy eating out and empower them to step out of their comfort zones and live life to the fullest. Served is on a mission to encourage restaurants to become more inclusive and accommodating to all customers, regardless of their dietary restrictions."

"Eve and became best friends at the beginning of university and have always bonded over our love of food. I understand the importance of checking labels when I'm cooking for us or double checking with the waiter when we go out to eat as I've also been there were things haven't gone so right and we've spent nights in A&E. We want to solve this problem for us so we can keep eating amazing food and knowing a solution might help others like us makes the mission all the more worth it."

Simon became CEO of Anaphylaxis UK in 2021, and is working to grow the charity, supporting businesses and individuals to help make a brighter future for those with serious allergies.
